These hotels are close to Vienna main train station. There are direct trains to Siemensstraße train station (23 minutes) from where you have to walk 5 - 10 minutes to reach AIT.

These hotels are closer to AIT but to go to AIT from there you have to take the underground and a bus (ca. 20 minutes). However, you are bit faster compared to the hotels near Vienna main train station and the bus stop for some of the buses is in front of AIT.
